Holiday firm aims to boost online presence
Bigmouthmedia has begun the first stage of its strategy to increase a holiday firm's online presence.
The marketing specialist was hired by Leger Holidays to help promote the brand more widely on the internet and make it easier for consumers to access its site.
As part of the marketing strategy, Bigmouthmedia will help with search engine optimisation, which will make it appear more prominently on sites such as Google.
Michael Rhodes, web development manager at Leger Holidays, told Creative Match: "This was a big step for us and the first time we have invested so heavily in online marketing.
"The internet is fast becoming a leading sales platform for us so it is important that we use it to our advantage."
Mr Rhodes added that the online marketing strategy will drive traffic to Leger Holidays' new website, which contains features such as web forums and Google Earth technology.
The company also wants to drive traffic to the new site as there are facilities to allow consumers to book online.
