Avatar / Persona

In marketing, the term 'avatar' or 'persona' is used to denote a fictional character that represents a target customer. Used frequently in user-centered design, creating a persona helps us to paint a full and realistic picture of your customers to ensure that your web content and SEO messaging is directly communicating with them.
