Agile development
Agile development is an approach used by web developers working on a large and complex project. As it's impossible to know all of the aspects of a technical design at the beginning, the development is approached in stages, enabling the project to evolve as both the client and web developers understand more about the project scope and complexity. Agile development reduces the redundancy that a standard linear approach to a large project creates (i.e. long specification design process, then development and testing).
